Grading
Every shop grades their items differently. This is just how I usually do it. There are some batches where I need to use a different way of grading but I'll usually list the criteria in the Etsy listing. If it's not there, then that means I used my normal way of grading.
STANDARD
Best of the batch. Little to no flaws. All the pins are handmade so there's no guarantee that each of them will be flawlessB GRADE
Minor flaws that can be seen upon close inspection. This usually includes specks of dust, slight under-filled enamel, or minor scratchesC GRADE
Pins with more noticeable flaws like under-filled or small areas of missing enamel, bigger scratches, some dust, etc.SECONDS
This doesn't happen often but there are some times where a batch goes wrong and there are some pins that have really noticeable flaws such as large areas of under-filled or missing enamel or wobbly back posts

Pre-orders help fund the cost of the production. Once the design is funded, production will take 2-3 months to get to me. Whenever I receive production updates from my manufacturer, I will share through my instagram or twitter @oori_space.What happens once the design is put into production?
The artwork first needs to be approved, which usually takes a few days. After that, the designs are put into production. Again, which usually takes 2-3 months to be made and shipped over to me. This process may take a little longer, depending on manufacturing.How do you grade your pins?

Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for a package once it is handed off to the courier. Since I am a small shop, I do not have the resources to mail you a replacement. I would suggest that you double check the shipping address you provided, check around your place to see if the courier placed it in a strange spot, or check with the post office.Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, however, international buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees, VAT, taxes and duties, etc.
